1. Agreeing to These Terms

By using the Site or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy our products. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us.

2. What We Offer

We offer education and resources that teach business owners how to run their business with AI agents. This includes digital products (such as the AI Staff Starter Kit ($47) and the Agent Template Pack ($97)), live or recorded programs (such as the AI Staff Setup Workshop ($497)), and, under a separate written agreement, a done-for-you AI agent setup service. The done-for-you service is governed by its own Service Agreement, not by these Terms.

3. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• copy, scrape, or download Site content in bulk, except as allowed in Section 4;
• try to hack, disrupt, or get unauthorized access to the Site or our systems;
• upload viruses or harmful code;
• use the Site to send spam or impersonate anyone;
• share your login or account with others.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

4. Digital Product License

4.1 Your License. When you buy a digital product, course, or program from us (a "Product"), we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal use or for use in your own business. Your employees may use the Product inside your own single business.

4.2 What You May Not Do. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the Product;
• share your access, downloads, or login with anyone outside your business;
• post the Product (or large parts of it) publicly or in a group, course, or membership;
• use the Product to create a competing product or course;
• remove copyright or ownership notices.

4.3 Templates and Prompts. You may adapt the templates, prompts, and workflows inside a Product for use in your own business. You may not package or sell them, modified or not, as your own product.

4.4 Ending the License. If you break this Section, or if you get a refund, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the Product.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our Products, including text, videos, templates, prompts, graphics, logos, and the names "Run It With AI" and "Run It With AI by Dale Payne-Sizer," is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in Section 4, nothing in these Terms gives you any rights in our content.

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our Products may recommend or link to third-party tools, such as AI platforms and software. We do not control those tools, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and pricing. We do not currently use affiliate links. If we add them, we will say so.

7. No Guaranteed Results

Our Products and programs are for education and information only. We do not guarantee any results, including income, revenue, sales, leads, time saved, or business growth. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised results. Your results depend on your own effort, business, market, and many other factors.

8. AI Disclaimer

Our Products teach the use of third-party artificial intelligence tools. These tools can make mistakes, produce inaccurate or inappropriate content, and change without notice. You are responsible for:

• reviewing anything AI creates before you use or send it;
• how you use AI in your business; and
• following the laws that apply to your business, including rules on consent for texts, calls, and marketing emails, privacy, and disclosing the use of AI where required.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or Products; and
• our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Products is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product that the claim relates to in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover (indemnify) us against third-party claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site or Products or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us through our contact form at /contact so we can try to resolve it informally. Any lawsuit will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on the Site and change the "Last Updated" date. Changes apply from the date posted and do not affect purchases already made. If you keep using the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term does not waive it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and Products.
