Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is how refunds work for each product.

1. AI Staff Starter Kit ($47) and Agent Template Pack ($97)

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
• After 14 days, these products are not refundable.
• If you get a refund, your access ends and your license to use the product ends. Please delete any downloaded files.

2. AI Staff Setup Workshop ($497)

• Full refund if you ask at least 48 hours before Session 1 starts.
• Less than 48 hours before Session 1, or after it starts: no cash refund. Instead, we will give you a credit for the full amount you paid toward the next cohort of the Workshop.
• Session start times are shown on your confirmation email in Eastern Time.

3. Done-For-You Service

Refunds for the done-for-you AI agent setup service are covered by the separate Done-For-You Service Agreement, not this policy. The setup fee is non-refundable once the build starts.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send us a message through our contact form at /contact with:

• "Refund Request" at the start of your message;
• the name and email address used for the purchase;
• the product name and date of purchase (or your order number).

You do not have to give a reason, but feedback helps us improve. We will confirm your request within 2 business days.

5. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card company, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up.

6. Abuse of the Refund Policy

We may decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve issues quickly.

8. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the law where you live.
